Letting Go #2

The Path Forward

An important part in this development forward is to have courage to see the negativity and smallness in ourselves. This presents itself when we think “it’s too good to be true”, or “I’m not worthy”. Letting go is to surrender. It may be to surrender the emotional attachments which are the causes of our suffering, rather than suppress the feelings only so they can come back stronger at a later time. When we surrender it brings more energy, vitality, and we become more efficient and productive.

To grow within ourselves we must let go of blame. Blaming ourselves or medical professional that we didn’t do enough, or the right thing. When we let go of blame we can express forgiveness. The world can only see us as we see ourselves.

Everyone around us is simply a mirror. A mirror to ourselves. Through what we don’t like about them is how we see our own shortcomings we haven’t faced yet. Instead of going and finding a better job suited to us we blame the boss. We blame the system or the corruption. We get what we want when we stop insisting upon it.

The more we can open up and surrender our egos the more we are relieved from stress. A few things to be aware of, and the way out. Fear is the most common human emotion. Fear also lowers our mental and physical strength. A true deep grief lasts 10-20 minutes if you let yourself feel it. If you suppress it, it may go on for years.
